Job Description and Duties

In a confidential work environment and under close supervision of the Personnel Officer (Staff Services Manager I), the Staff Services Analyst works cooperatively with other Human Resources and Commission staff to carry out the Commission's examination and recruiting programs, serve as the Conflict of Interest Coordinator, assist with drafting and/or revising Commission policies and/or procedures, and provide analytical support to other management programs.

Working Conditions

Typical office setting which involves prolonged periods of sitting and working in a window adjacent cubicle.
Occasional travel (some overnight) to satellite offices (<5%).
Daily use of personal computer and related Microsoft software applications at a workstation.
Professional office environment, appropriate business attire required.
Conduct meetings and communicate effectively.
This work unit is subject to core business hours between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
