• Knowledgeable about issues and strategies related to low-income residential housing programs, and effective education and outreach activities to ensure program participation and success.
• Experience analyzing decarbonization program policies and data for metrics reporting.
• Ability to act as a team or project leader, develop and maintain project schedules, interact professionally with program stakeholders, and provide expert consultation to management and decision makers.
• Proficient in communications both in writing and orally, analyzing, evaluating, developing, and supporting recommendations, conclusions, or policy reports.
• Perform collaboratively with both internal and external customers, plus program stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively employ computer techniques and leverage technology to problem solve, compose documents, analyze data and develop and prepare reports.
