Job Description and Duties

THIS AD IS FOR POSITIONS 530-5393-700 AND 530-5393-777

The Child Welfare Digital Services (CWDS) is currently seeking an Associate Government Program Analyst that will performs a variety of analytical duties to support the financial, administrative and contractual activities for CWDS

(see duty statement).


Special Requirements

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

-Experience interpreting and applying state and federal policy related to child welfare; experience in documentation and substantiation of financial information for project-approval documents such as Special Project Reports, Feasibility Study Report, Budget Change Proposals, and federal Advance Planning Documents.

-Experience in working with other state staff, sponsor staff, executive management, stakeholders and external stakeholders.

-Experience interpreting contract language, tracking expenditures, and developing complex detailed budget/expenditure reports.

-Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology.

-Knowledge of and experience in MSWord, Excel, Visio, and Project.
