Job Description and Duties

Under the administrative direction of the Unemployment Insurance (UI)Northern Operations Division Chief, serves as the Manager over division staff, and provides direct support to the Division Chief. Support includes planning and coordinating the work in the division office, as well as providing assistance and direction to the managers in the UI Centers (UIC) throughout the State. In this capacity, the manager provides leadership to these entities by modeling the mission, vision and values of the Department and the Branch in everyday interactions with Division staff, field management and their staff, as well as with other internal and eternal customers.
