Job Description and Duties

The Contractors State License Board is currently recruiting for a Staff Services Analyst within the Enforcement Division, located in Norwalk.

Under the supervision of the Enforcement Supervisor I (ESI), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) is responsible for the analyzing and gathering of information to make decisions on the recommended disposition of the most complex complaints and to take appropriate action to resolve the complaint or gather the necessary facts to determine if a recommendation for a formal investigation is appropriate.  The SSA is also responsible to analyze, evaluate, track, report, keep statics on construction trends and high priority issues, and make recommendations to the ESI. SSA will also mentor and train Intake & Mediation Center (IMC) staff.    

 

Incumbents in this position will be required to submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice and be cleared before hiring.
