Job Description and Duties

The Associate Personnel Analyst independently performs the more varied and complex analytical work in the Classification and Pay (C&P) Unit within Human Resources Services (HRS). The incumbent is responsible for providing consultation and guidance to managers and supervisors regarding various personnel management issues, and will serve as HRS management liaison between the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and various control agencies. In addition, the incumbent will assist other staff within the C&P Unit to perform other duties as assigned due to an operational need.

Duties will be adjusted according to the level of the applicant that is hired.
