North Facility Support Services Unit within the Administrative Services Division

This is a Permanent Intermittent position and is limited to 1500 hours per calendar year.
Under the general direction of the Facility Support Services Unit Manager, SSM I, the incumbent will assist in administering ARB's Records Retention and Forms Management program; coordinate and assist with the implementation of leases, contracts, and facility requests; coordinate and assist with special projects; audit ARB approved forms and FSSU databases; serve as ARB's utility and parking coordinator; and serve as backup to other analysts in the Section. Duties include: coordinating records retention, forms management, leases, contracts, facility requests; review and approve all utility invoices for ARB's leased facilities, coordinate installations of new meters or disabling meters; and administer, track and audit the parking program. Occasional travel may be required.
Must be able to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
