California's Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) is the leader in collecting data and disseminating information about California's healthcare infrastructure. We promote an equitably distributed healthcare workforce, and publish valuable information about healthcare outcomes. We also monitor the construction, renovation, and seismic safety of hospitals and skilled nursing facilities and provides loan insurance to assist the capital needs of California's not-for-profit healthcare facilities.

The Senior Information Systems Analyst (SISA) serves as Business Analyst and acts as a project leader on the most complex systems software and infrastructure projects; and assists stakeholders in defining, developing and documenting their business requirements. The BA also evaluates and documents complex architectures and system specifications reports. Performs gap analyses for updating systems and providing analytical information for new technologies. Possesses strong technical skills, business intelligence and an understanding of the needs of the customer. Acts as an interface between technology teams, management and business units in the investigation of new and emerging technologies that meet OSHPD’s business needs.

Duties will be adjusted according to the level of the applicant that is hired.
Headquartered in downtown Sacramento, we are walking distance from the Lincoln Plaza Café at CalPERS, coffee shops, daily food trucks, and other restaurants. We offer a discounted monthly parking garage option and some metered on-street parking. In late spring 2017, we will be relocating just outside of downtown Sacramento with all new amenities including FREE PARKING.
